Really don't understand the mixed reviews; however, I was in town and wanted to try it out. First, I had no reservations and was in shorts and flip flops. Most people were dressed business casual and they still treated me well. I was sat immediately. Service was excellent and fast. The won ton soup and potstickers were amazing. Perfect temperature. Perfect taste. Server was attentive. I would return.

Noodle Shop at the Mandalay Bay no complaints here especially after a long night gambling and leaving the nightclub. Zoey was super helpful, explained the menu options and was very attentive to services checking in at a reasonable time. The venue is very spacious lots of seating and easy to spot as one of the restaurants that stays open little later then others Food was delicious, large portion size and taste fresh for comfort food vs a greasy pizza. Edamame Green tea by the pot Steamed chicken w/rice Soup Brócoli Enjoy and don't forget to leave a nice tip cheers!

Contrary to some of the negative reviews wondering why there were so many positive reviews, I really liked this place. It reminded me of places I would frequent when I was a child, very nostalgic for me. I though the people here were pleasant and not trying to rush you, but trying to be helpful and accommodating. I liked the décor, this was a tiny spot more or less attached to a larger restaurant, but seemed to be a separate entity in the middle of the casino. The food was really good. I like their spring rolls and unlike some places where you get two, maybe three, they actually had four so we did not have to share or order to batches. We had Kung Pao chicken, which was good, I love a dish with peanuts. We also got the beef noodles that tasted like Pad See Ew, which I loved. We also had their wanton soup. I loved the wantons, so chewy stuffed with shrimp and pork. It also included thin noodles, which I have never seen noodles plus wantons, it was delicious. The food here was really good. I enjoyed it, and it this place was located near us, I would be a repeat customer. The only thing they gets me and prevents me from giving this place five stars is the price, which is outrageous and very hard to afford. But this was a great food option for us and if I return to the hotel, I would eat here again.

Located in Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, I wanted to try this location and stop here for dinner. The ambiance is very nice and the menu is good as well. As I walked in, I was greeted and provided a table. Ordered a drink and then Chicke fried rice spicy. Food was delivered fast in 10 minutes, and it definitely tasted good. One of the good fried rices had in recent times. The price is, of course, Casino and resort priced. But it tasted really good. It was not spicy, and the server asked me to top with hot oil or sauce. The portions are definitely good and filling. The only negative is that the server kept asking me if I done, there were only 3 other tables occupied, and what's the rush ???
